Jeremy and the team were amazing to work with. They helped me get my pontiac solstice which had been sitting in a garage for 8 years, back up and running. The two things I loved about working with them were their passion and enthusiasm for the work and the car, and also the communication and openness when discussing pricing and cost. I drove from Tahoe to Sacramento, CA, then to Eugene in my 2023 4Runner, which has about 70,000 miles. I had new tires with alignment job don’t but hadn’t had yet any brake work done. After arriving 8½ hours later, I heard a metallic noise coming from one of the rear wheels. I contacted several shops in Eugene, but Kevin at Oakmont answered my call at 7am We discussed what was happening with my vehicle and my plans to leave for Tahoe the next day. Kevin inspected all four brakes and rotors and gave me an honest assessment of their condition and remaining lifespan. Jeremy, who’s in charge of quotes, applied an UofO students and parents great discount! I drove back yesterday feeling 110% safer on the road. Oakmont also gave me a ride to my son’s dorm and picked me up when the service was finished about four hours later. The best! I highly recommend Oakmont Service Center!
